At Lakerain Beauty, we take hygiene and product safety seriously. Due to the nature of our cosmetic and personal care products, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must remain completely sealed and unopened in its original packaging.
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Products with broken seals or damaged packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
- Clearance or promotional items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Return Process
1. Email our support team at thelakerainbeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
2. If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
3. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.
Important Notice
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, only sealed and unopened products are eligible for return.
